Sure, the planet is in a Steve Martin phase, encouraging all to get small, and as such the Condition Giganticus may feel a bit precarious. But as in all matters large and small, members have a choice: the subatomic can be stellar so long as you supersize it with speed; for each counter-culture colossality that feels like a disadvantage, there exists a Charlie Croker with a great idea about how to shift the gold to the front of the bus.
