Take a page from the book of Schoenberg this week, Members, as we swing serialism-tastiquely into our twelfth tone month. Sure, atonality can be tough to dance to, but every once in a while it’s nice to take a break from the narcissism of melody and instead float in a sonic cloud of expressionistic variation. The time is high to make combinatorials your forte this week just so long as you don’t go too far down the rabbit hole of accumulated fifths.
